Ordered an inline filter, photo online shows metal housing, one sent is plastic. Also ordered a 3way valve and only 2 port adaptors were included, photo shows 3, unusable in this condition. Sent emails, no reply after 2 business days. Phone mailbox full, multiple calls unanswered. Sounds like this is a one man gig who cant keep up w the work. Avoid.
Ordered items back in March 2022 which have not arrived. Vendor unresponsive to emails and calls. Voice mailbox often full as well. Avoid vendor.
Great Customer Service from their part and from ION Science providing the Monitor and the upgrade i needed i recommend buying from them their prices are better than any other competitor
