Two weeks after installing our awnings, one that was manufactured defective fell apart while opening. New Star knew this awning was defective and installed anyway, saying we could still use it! Now it is a hanging hazard and will not close! The manufacturer created this awning in reverse, yet New Star failed to do a pre-install inspection.
