Neighbors are horrible,.Nothing is up to date, don't own nothing nice people will destroy it or steal it here,mail another thing gets stolen alot here,people are extremely dirty cockroaches and bedbugs 2 infestations I've never seen I'm my life until I moved here..
Don't move here even if homeless. Lived there for 15 yrs, kid is autistic and he doesn't do change so we stayed. Apt was always flooded either from the hole in the building foundation. Never replaced anything broken. Water heaters has to split open before they would replace even with leaking for months. We had 40 year old carpet that never replaced or cleaned, not even after having to rip our place apart to deal with mold twice that was never fixed right. Outlets didn't work
Lived here for 3 years, major mold issues that have went untreated for 20+ years that will be denied until you personally experience problem within your apartment, at which time they will provide you with a dehumidifier that inorder to keep the mold at bay has to be run 24/7 most times of the year. You are expected to fully cover your electric bill increase grom the use of the dehumidifier.
