Had a leak dripping into my den on a 3 yr old house. New Standards brought a caulking gun with him when evaluating the situation and said the caulking around a pipe extending through the roof was not properly sealed. He sealed it while he was up there and said no charge. He only asked that we remember him if I have future roofing needs. We wouldn’t I?
