From the comfy waitingroom, with free beverages to the office staff, they cant be beat. Ive experienced, each an every department, bend over backwards to get cooperation from the insurance company. And believe me insurance companies an parts suppliers can sure hold things up. No fault of New Stage. They are on top of their game, even while waiting on vendors. Best part, is things come out looking like they did prior to, or better then before, that takes some knowledge in knowing what your doing. �

Took months to get my vehicle repaired and left the shop with an overheating problem that never existed, a check engine light, and an AC regulator that dragged the engine to a halt at every stop sign/stop light. Thankfully Northwest Autohäus is in the valley and picked up all the slack left behind from shoddy workmanship. Star Bodyworks, Aplands Autobody, and even Lithias bodyshop are some excellent alternatives.
New stage always takes care of us, it's always a good experience!
They did a substantial job! If I could give them more stars I would. They told me it would be 6 days of repair and it was done in 3, really good quality work. I will go back if I need work done.

They do great work! Everyone is nice and personable.
Our car was stolen and spray can painted black all in 6 hours. We got our car back the same day, and since it wasn't worth repainting (too old), took it to New Stage Auto Body. We wanted the paint removed, and New Stage knew how to help us. They sent our car to Southern Oregon Subaru. They did a fantastic job of removing the black paint and we have our old dependable car back. Thank you Sarah and New Stage!
