I believe this is the same "gentleman" with an office in Oakland, who sent me a letter saying "The County records show that your home located at [REDACTED] was recently placed on a property tax delinquent list. Im sure you must be disappointed and maybe confused on what should be done next. Although the market is down in your neighborhood, you still have few options going forward."
