Not as advertised. It was dirty and not "high end". Hot tub did not work, broken beds, and various things broken. Don't rent from this property management company. This will not try to fix the problem, they will just simply say "sorry for the inconvenience". Spent $900 to do a get away weekend, and we ended up needing a get away from that place.
Terrible cleaners! Property we stayed in was filthy and really needed updates. Do not stay in Deer Lodge in Idyllwild!

RecommendedWe had a wonderful stay idyllwild. We asked for a place that was more secluded and the new spirit team definitely delivered. Our cabin was very charming and rustic and had a creek just a few feet from the deck. We had an amazing time and a wonderful stay.. thank you!!

Better customer service...New spirit has ignored and avoided all calls... they could have made a terrible situation better but they chose not to. TERRIBLE COMPANY...DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR ANY SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THEM!!
