I had a wonderful experience with New Spirit Realty. Frank and his son are professionals. Long story short I needed to relocate from a distant state and many brokers blew me off. Frank showed compassion and was willing to help me. He is highly respected in the neighborhood and has many apt. connections other brokers do not have. Frank found me a great apt. in the heart of bayridge at an affordable price. Frank has a heart and will not let you down. I highly recommend New Spirit for all of your apt. needs.
Frank, a nice young fellow, a craigslist poster, he made me fill out an application, on the way to see the apartment, than the father the self-loving flat frying pan face comes in, omg he starts yelling and venting his sewer on his son right in front of me, making me utterly uncomfortable, anyway out we go to see an apartment, it was not too bad, than back to the office where this mother-intercourser embarrassed his son some more, I don't know why, then out of pity I gave a deposit of $300.00 made sure it's completely refund... read more
