Great gym and great people. Lots of options for class times and super reasonable open gym policies. Very much a community that doesn't take long to feel part of. Great coaches that keep your goals in mind (I am a runner) and help scale activities while still pushing you to improve. If you are at the phase of your gym search where you are reading reviews you may stop now, as this is the one you want to join.
One of the best place in the area. The owners work very hard every day to make you feel at home. They are best people with most accommodating staff. Everyone is inclusive, funny and fit. Your life will be changed.
Hands down the best box in the state!! I was the typical sports mom with a very active kid and decided I wanted to do something different, so I literally just google "gyms near me" and NSCF came up. Never heard of CrossFit and didn't know anything about it so I, schedule a free class with Marcella and it was the most hardest yet rewarding experience. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. I can tell you the knowledge and passion of all the trainers is second to none. The community is amazing. If you are looking for place to feel welcome and get and amazing work out this is the place.
