My experience at New Species CrossFit has been nothing short of phenomenal. As a lifetime “bro” lifter I needed to get out of my self-programmed rut and find a better way. After the close by gym closed its doors, i scrambled for several months jumping between boxes trying to find the best programming, coaching and most importantly the community, then I found New Species. I was reluctant to go there at the beginning because it's relatively far (20 minutes drive each way without construction). Now it's part of my daily routine. What Josh and Marcella have built at CrossFit New Species is nothing short of exceptional. The value here is truly unmatched. Having visited over a dozen boxes in different states, I can confidently say this is the biggest gym I’ve been to, with the best hours, programming, and culture. I joined during a tough time in my life, and this gym became the perfect place to blow off steam. Great gym. Great coaching staff. Got a chance to connect with the owner who is a Games athlete and get some feedback. 10/10 would run it back again. In fact, I go every time I visit!
