The Dentist is retired go to All Star Dental 12121 S. Western
The receptionist was really nice and polite. However I did not have my physical insurance card and was not able to be seen. I was able to provide the facility with my membership id and could show them that I had insurance however he would not even come and speak with me. There were no other patients in the facility but he wouldn’t even speak to me. I found that to be very rude. If this was based on the receptionist it would have been 5 stars. Sherree McCool, nurse practitioner, disregarded and ignored patient rights, the right to informed consent. She collected blood for testing and ordered urine test, without informed consent.
