This company is not legitimate. Do not use their services. I filled out the form on the website with very specific information because I’m caring for a very ill family member and do not have a lot of flexibility. Brandon immediately demonstrated that he didn’t even read the information that I submitted. I believe that this is a predatory business who are not interested in working with a client unless they think they can cash in fast. That’s a big red flag.
This team was very prompt in all communications with us and made the selling process very simple. From start to finish, it was less than 4 weeks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home to.
They were absolutely amazing. Everyone I worked with was honest, quick to communicate, and good at problem solving.
