very happy with the results I am doing a treatment for my abdomen, I have done 3 treatments so far and I have seen a great improvement. So far I'm happy with the results. I still have 5 treatments to go.
good customer relations Great customer service. No complaints other than i had to shave in a sink. But that was my fault not them. lol

warm & friendly The staff is curtious and friendly. The person that works with me is phenominal! She is very good at what she does BUT the key to her success is that she actually remembers who I am, things about my life - milestones, my kids, my recent marriage - and she always has something positive to say - that is what makes the experience - when painful - tolerable!
spider veins the staff in Grapevine are the best, they always have a smile, and a kind word, I am having hair removal, & spider veins repair. (it hurts) but the young lady that is doing It, is great, she helps with the pain ALOT, I can't say enough about all of them
Getting in the positive direction My visit was a step in a positive direction to do something for myself. Employees gave a warm welcome at the door and throughout each step taken in a procedure that will help me feel better about myself. I am pleased with everyone's performance.
