Randy did an amazing job on our grout! Upset I put it off so long, he was very reasonable, quick, knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to getting our carpets cleaned.

We have used Randy's company for years and not only is he local, he and his staff do an exceptional job and take pride in making sure it is done right. Last year when we used his company, he even took the time to help unhook and carry an oven that we were replacing because my dad couldn't help with the lifting. He didn't have to but he did without any hesitation! His above and beyond mentality and desire for perfection in his work keeps us going back nearly every year!
5 stars is NOT enough to rate Randy and crew. Should be 500 +++. We have used Randy's services twice, and without exception you will never find better quality, follow-up, and eager to accomplish whatever it takes to make your home or castle the BEST looking it can be. From dull to bright is what he strives for, and accomplishes. Randy was awesome to deal with. He's quick to respond to emails, shows up exactly when promised, and does great work. My 25-year-old grout is white again! It looks like it was just installed!
Randy and his team did such an amazing job on my carpets you would have thought they were new. Pet stains, juice spots, nail polish and even sharpie! Highly amazed at how awesome they did!
Beyond satisfied! They got out stains the previous cleaners never did! They spent a lot of time on the edges and spot cleaning which made the difference for me! Extremely friendly, even explaining what they were doing to my toddler. What a fantastic experience!
Randy recently cleaned our carpets and couch and what a difference! He was on time, very friendly, and did a great job.
