A very nice place but THE EXTERIOR COLOR IS UGLY the opps shelf at HomeDepot. Change this hideous color your devaluing your investment and your renters are embarrassed. At the very least, go white with all the trim to fix it.
This bldg was infested with spiders, ants and mealy flies. The pest control was a joke and never solved the problem. The manager was threatening and unprofessional. I would not recommend you move in here. Deceptive renting practices. From day 1 I felt scared all the time. Neighbors were loud and nothing was done. There is man who i was told to tolerate that stood outside my bldg most early mornings and late nights. And I felt scared. This is not a nice place . I was intimidated by the manager. Maria and maintenance are wonderful and the place is very nice and quiet. Maria will work with you if you work with her. And always on top of any maintenance issues, which is very rare. Laundry room is nice and affordable for sure. My electric bill is never very high and the air conditioner is probably the best I've been in since I moved to Florida 😁
