Never even got to meet the dr. After making multiple appointments and returning for quick services. I have been left with disappointment and dissatisfied services. Front desk people giving false information & unsolicited info. Doctor Tassone made a big mistake by not paying attention to my son’s tooth and he did three bite adjustments which caused my son none stop pain and not being able to chew for days and still going on. After seeing many specialists we found out those bite adjustments that doctor Tassone did caused my son’s bite to shift and now we have to pay $4700 to an orthodontist to fix his bite with Invisalign. I had a filling done in November here and this has been the worst experience of my life. After the filling in November I had came in end of January to have my bite adjusted and dr nemath had done an adjustment on the filling. That was a disaster and I could barely chew so I come in a week later to dr tassone to have him adjust it. He adjusted it again and my bite was worst again 3 days later with another tooth contacting to much causing severe pain. The staff here is great, but Bianca particularly is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She has made all of my experiences pleasant and easy going. Just exceptional customer service all around. 10/10.
