The New Smiles team and Dr Tassone have taken great care of me - the front office team has gone out of their way to accommodate my situation, Dr Tassone has the newest digital Xray equipment and all of his techs are super professional and very gentle. I highly recommend Dr Steve’s oral surgeon Dr Wright who looked after me like his own kids.

Walked in and was ignored by 2 staff members, one of whom spoke to someone directly behind me without acknowledging me at all. I went in to see if the dentist could help me with a crack in my bridge. He told me he couldn't help me saying "yeah I'm not gonna touch that". I drove an hour out of my way. I had liked his work enough I would have considered him for my bridge replacement but he was so rude that will no longer be the case.

I had an implant done at Dr. Tassone’s office in 2022. I paid the final bill given to me, then months later received more bills, which I also paid after being told they were final. A year later, more charges appeared, and now over three years later I am still getting statements. Calls and letters have been ignored. Their billing practices are misleading and unacceptable.
