Had a denture made. Was delivered to my home. Seemed to fit nicely but soon found that I wasn't able to eat. Realized the teeth were to one side. They made me a second denture. They are very nice but started hurting my gums 10 minutes after leaving the clinic. After several hours I removed them. My gums were sore for 5 days. Haven't been able to get in since. They seem to be too small, they just don't fit. I got a deal supposedly, I paid cash so now i'm screwed. Folks don't go there!!
While very, very pleased with the work that was done, was quoted one price, then, experienced miscommunication on payments, then, after paid the price I was quoted, they started to complain they were losing $$$, but they did not consult me on these 'extras' that they did, sorry, I can't afford to pay more after the agreed on price, you don't pay an auto mechanic for work you didn't authorize
I'm a very shy person to post my partial that I wear... however, I felt I needed to show the amazing work that Dr Beno did for me on a Saturday LAST MINUTE he heard the panic in my voice and told me to come down and he would fix it. It was a bad break because it's small. But he did an amazing job and I'm super greatful. I booked for them to make me another one so this one can be a spare. Thank you so much Dr Beno... I am so greatful.
Avoid this clinic. It is a two person clinic. No regular business hours. One doctor and one assistant. The clinic made a defective denture for my father, and we are now looking for a refund. The upper denture cracked then broke into two parts. However both the dentist and the assistant said your father should be cautious not fall it into sink when rinse. They have no integrity.
