I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time. I usually only went if I had to for pain or what not which was not often. After going to New Smile it really changed the way I felt about dentist appointments. Kat was my dental hygenist and she did an amazing job. I will be going back here regularly from now on. They show you before and after photos which was pretty cool, makes you realize regular trips are worth it even if you have no pain.
Very pleasant staff, greeted the moment I walked in, asked me the reason for my visit and what I needed. Gave me a run down on what they were going to do, what I needed to do and the pricing as well as scheduling the next visit at my convenience. 5 stars
Been going to them for almost 10 years, now. They've always been professional and accommodating to me even when I haven't had insurance to cover dental costs. 10/10- would recommend.
Do not use the coupons they mail out to get an inexpensive cleaning and x-rays. I was charged $100 extra for an X-ray that was not included, and then later after having several fillings completed, I asked to have my X-rays emailed to another dentist. They told me it would be $117. The receptionist refused to let me speak with the office manager about this, and would not let me speak with the dentist either.
