I hired Tim to replace kitchen counters in June 2023. He came to measure several times. It was agreed that we would reuse the old sink in the kitchen and laundry room but we would replace the cooktop. There was a great deal of miscommunication as there was no clear layout drawn just a piece of paper which was confusing or a template made to show how the final product would look.
