I visited this beauty clinic for a facial appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. During my treatment, I noticed that a step was missed, as no eye cream was applied until I asked about it at the end. For a professional facial, I had expected the full service to be completed without having to raise this myself. I had my first Laser Genesis treatment with Arina today and it was such a great experience! She was incredibly warm and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. I really appreciated the extra care she took to treat a few spots on my neck - something she didn’t have to do, but it didn’t go unnoticed. The overall vibe at New Skin YYC is amazing. I had a chemical peel done by Mackenzie and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in she made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. She’s very knowledgeable and professional she genuinely cared about my skin goals! I can already see a big difference. Mackenzie also gave me great aftercare tips to make sure I get the best results. I had an amazing experience at New Skin YYC! The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. My consultation was thorough, and they took the time to explain everything clearly.
