I’ve always been self conscious about the hair on my back and never really had the confidence to go for laser treatment. I visited this beauty clinic for a facial appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. During my treatment, I noticed that a step was missed, as no eye cream was applied until I asked about it at the end. For a professional facial, I had expected the full service to be completed without having to raise this myself. 5 ⭐️’s for Alissar!! She’s amazing!! I wouldn’t let anyone else do my laser/skin treatments. Always makes me feel very comfortable and has great recommendations. New Skin YYC is very clean, good vibes, and great treatment rooms. Staff is lovely + parking and location is great.

I cannot recommend Mackenzie at New Skin YYC enough! I came in with extremely dull and dry skin, and she completely turned it around. Not only was the treatment incredible, but she took the time to truly educate me on the products she was using and how to maintain that healthy, glowy skin at home. I love that she recommends exactly what my skin needs without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything. If you want glowing skin and an amazing, educational experience, go see Mackenzie!

I had a great experience with Mackenzie at YYC NEWSKIN for my laser hair removal treatments. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
