I visited this beauty clinic for a facial appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. During my treatment, I noticed that a step was missed, as no eye cream was applied until I asked about it at the end. For a professional facial, I had expected the full service to be completed without having to raise this myself. I had an amazing experience with Eillish! She was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The chemical peel she gave me left my skin glowing, smooth, and refreshed — I could see a real difference even after the first treatment. Eillish took the time to explain every step, answered all my questions, and made sure my skin was well-prepped and cared for afterward. I can’t recommend her enough!

Arina Hogan has been supportive and wonderful for my laser hair removal sessions! She is fast, reliable and keeps it real based on your skin type. The clinic also has a great package for the whole body and I love the results with their Diolaze device. Definitely recommend for any skin and hair support ♥️
Absolutely worth it, I got a chemical peel done by Mackenzie super kind, genuine and did an awesome job on my treatment. overall 10/10 experience the staff was super welcoming and kind, and the treatment itself left me glowing. Getting kind experience like this, especially as a women of colour is truly heartwarming. :)
