I visited this beauty clinic for a facial appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. During my treatment, I noticed that a step was missed, as no eye cream was applied until I asked about it at the end. For a professional facial, I had expected the full service to be completed without having to raise this myself. I had my first visit here yesterday, and couldn't be happier. Alexa was the esthetician who gave me a hydrofacial. Overall amazing experience. Alexa was super friend and professional. My face feels amazing and more hydrated than prior to my appointment. The front staff was also super welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend New Skin YYC! Their pricing is very reasonable and transparent, it’s easy to find everything online. There’s absolutely no aggressive sales or pressure, which I really appreciate. I’d like to give a special shoutout to the receptionist first. She is amazing, always accommodating, keeps everything smooth and easy, and remembers the small details about customers. Shout out to Mackenzie at New Skin YYC. She is my secret weapon for maintaining my skin’s health and radiancy, especially during the dry winter months. I’ve just finished the first of three micro needling sessions. She takes great care of my skin and is a pro at what she does. Here’s a pic of my skin directly after the session.
