I visited this beauty clinic for a facial appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. During my treatment, I noticed that a step was missed, as no eye cream was applied until I asked about it at the end. Highly recommend New Skin YYC! Their pricing is very reasonable and transparent, it’s easy to find everything online. There’s absolutely no aggressive sales or pressure, which I really appreciate. I’d like to give a special shoutout to the receptionist first. She is amazing, always accommodating, keeps everything smooth and easy, and remembers the small details about customers. Shout out to Mackenzie at New Skin YYC. She is my secret weapon for maintaining my skin’s health and radiancy, especially during the dry winter months. I’ve just finished the first of three micro needling sessions. She takes great care of my skin and is a pro at what she does. Here’s a pic of my skin directly after the session. I had my first session with Francesca a month ago. Now that my appt is several weeks past, I have patches where the hair has fallen out and isn't regrowing. I'm really impressed!! Francesca explained everything during the session and it was very relaxing to have her as my tech. Would definitely recommend Francesca and Newskinyyc to anyone new to laser or wanting an effective hair removal treatment :)
