I’ve always been self conscious about the hair on my back and never really had the confidence to go for laser treatment. I visited this beauty clinic for a facial appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. During my treatment, I noticed that a step was missed, as no eye cream was applied until I asked about it at the end. For a professional facial, I had expected the full service to be completed without having to raise this myself. My experience with Francesca has been excellent so far! I started with a facial and I decided to try some RF microneedling. She has been so professional, informative, patient with all my questions, accommodating, punctual, kind, and fun. She will talk you through each step of the procedure, as well as what to expect after. I look forward to my follow up appointment And will be trying some of the other services offered.

Got microneedling done a few days ago and the aesthetician Eillish was amazing. Super sweet and friendly and made the experience feel very comfortable and as pain free as possible. She also made sure to follow up with me a few days later and check in on my healing. I’d highly recommend her.
