I’ve always been self conscious about the hair on my back and never really had the confidence to go for laser treatment. I visited this beauty clinic for a facial appointment first thing in the morning and unfortunately left feeling underwhelmed. During my treatment, I noticed that a step was missed, as no eye cream was applied until I asked about it at the end. For a professional facial, I had expected the full service to be completed without having to raise this myself. I had 3 amazing rf microneedling experiences! The procedures were much more comfortable than I expected - largely due to it being such a welcoming and professional environment. Janelle was absolutely fabulous and SO kind! She explained everything to me step by step and made it so comfortable, like talking to a girlfriend you’ve known for a long time. Eillish is also wonderful! She made is so easy to explain all my concerns without judgement or making me feel silly. She took her time in looking at the photos taken, what she’d suggest and wasn’t push at all! Sarah was lovely and is so educated in her field! I can’t wait for my next experience at New Skin in 2 weeks!
