This place does not care about their clients and does not do their due diligence. They perform procedures with little knowledge or experience just to make money. I came here for a tattoo removal session, and while the front staff were wonderful and incredibly kind as always, my experience with the doctor was disappointing. She seemed visibly annoyed when I asked basic questions about aftercare, only answering one question at a time and offering no thorough explanation about what I could or couldn't do post-treatment. When I requested the cold air during the procedure (a standard part of laser treatments), her response was dismissive and rude, she said "I guess if you want." I've done... read more
I’ve been going here for tattoo removal since late 2023. The techs and the doctor on staff as well as front office staff are always friendly and professional. The office is very clean and bright and modern and tech is all new and effective. Highly recommend.
Follow up visit for Vein treatments. Had a few touch up areas that needed attention. Jan Alexander performed both services. She is highly skilled and uses a nearly pain free technique. I highly recommend her if you are looking to improve your legs and eliminate spider veins!
