Love this place. Erin was awesome, as always. I was informed of everything before proceeding with my injections. Very, very satisfied and will be back!!
Dr. Sherman is a wonderful doctor. He is caring, concerned, and addressed all my concerns. This is the reason I struggled with posting this review. However, in dealing with the office staff/appointment scheduler for New Skin Medical, I have never felt so unwelcome in any business in my entire life. I recently called the office to cancel an appointment and was not asked if I would like to reschedule. This is usually the first question a doctor’s office asks you when cancelling an appointment. Great customer service. Answered all my questions. I had a ppl done and only needed a few spots zapped. They charged me accordingly. Rain was very polite, professional, and I love that she explained as she went along, so I knew what to expect.
Awesome visit. Rain explained everything clearly and I was very comfortable and confident with her doing my laser tattoo removal. She numbed me up with ice and worked quickly. It didnt feel good at all but was very bearable and much better than I expected. My arms burned a little on the way home but they feel much better now. Just a dull ache. The price was great and I cant wait to go back and start to see results.
