When i first came it looked like they used already used stuff on me and they showed lack of care for their work and rushed my nails that came out crooked and uneven. Nice service but in my opinion very unsanitary and not good outcome

I've been coming here for 16 years, (Sexy nails then New Sexy nails)but sadly, the quality and hospitality have declined. Anthony, who used to be welcoming, now barely acknowledges me, and the new techs haven’t met the standard I'm used to. My recent visits have left me feeling unwelcome and disappointing ,not just by the service, but also by the cold treatment from both Anthony and his wife. The nail tech did an amazing job but the guy in front I showed him the design before we started I asked how much he said $55-$60 when I was about to pay he told me $65 it’s just $5/10 difference I ended up paying it but this is very wrong from him lying to me about prices I ended up paying extra don’t trust them with the prices

Never never never go to the 2 guys setting in the front they are so rude & unprofessional and they talk to bad in Chinese to reach their about every customer plus the service is horrible they just want to finish fast to move on to the next customer I will never go there again.

I’ve been going here to get my regular gel manicure for a few months solely due to convenience. However the rudeness, disrespect, racism and poor work is the reason I will never return. I’d rather take my money somewhere I am valued as a customer. The guy at the front is always rude and looks like he hates his job. The Spanish ladies are the only ones that are nice and have a bit of charisma.
