Beyond unprofessional, rude as well as disrespectful and discourteous. The nurse Rory was nothing but condescending, ignorant and blatantly cares nothing for company policy or patient privacy or dignity. The intake coordinator Kirya I believe her name had zero professionalism, the blatant disrespect and displeasure she displayed towards patients was ever apparent. This place is a joke someone goes in there for a treatment that has worked for over a year and they switch them to methadone!!! That’s a joke they just stepped the man up the next level will be back on the streets they don’t care about their patients they just care to make that money
Most people would picture a clinic, dirty, trashy and no time. It's clean, most of the counseling is good. Most of then understand. You're in and out. If you follow the rules, things go as planned. Make sure you got medicade or some good insurance. Or that $$$
I'm very happy with my choice to transfer from the other local clinic. I've been a MMT patient for 15+ years and this is the first time that I've attended a treatment facility that is as organized, friendly, caring, and fast as New Seasons. My intake/transfer was done very quicklya and painlessly, which took a load of stress off myself.
