My boyfriend currently goes here and he’s been going here for the past five years. And since 2018. He’s had nothing but difficulties and problems Every now, and then, for the Littest things Then, when a Mistake happens or something wrong on their end, they tend to blame the patients and make them do a lot of running around for no reason And it’s just not right , just some info for people to know from what I can see. They don’t have their stuff professionally intact/organized.
I'm currently a patient here for 5 + years . If you're not on top of them they will mess up! Some of the nurses and staff run things how they want to and sometimes it ends up falling on the patient😏. So just letting people know be aware and stay on top of your info,meds and appointments if you come here . Other than that there are really only 2 counselors and nurses who care other than that the whole facility is ran unprofessionally and they do not care which I think the whole facility should being it's a place for treatmen... read more

I just wanna write because I did intake today at this place and I just want to say how much I appreciate the staff at this place . My old clinic in Lakeland is shutting down and didn’t send my paper work so the process was very long because the paperwork wasn’t sent but the staff here at new season kept me calm and confident it will get done and it did . I Really like this clinic it's much more laid back than all the other clinics I've been to like my last clinic was New Season Treatment BATC in Pinellas Park FL it's much much more people and the Director there is nasty so I'm very happy I know longer go there I really love the New Season Mid Florida Clinic there awesome
