Especially Mrs. RIVA she is not only an awesome counselor, but she cares so much and shows it . When you need help, this is the place to go. The staff are all professional, open, friendly and supportive. As long as you follow your treatment plan and work with your counselor you’ll get the best outcome.
My boyfriend currently goes here and he’s been going here for the past five years. And since 2018. He’s had nothing but difficulties and problems Every now, and then, for the Littest things Then, when a Mistake happens or something wrong on their end, they tend to blame the patients and make them do a lot of running around for no reason And it’s just not right , just some info for people to know from what I can see. They don’t have their stuff professionally intact/organized.
I'm currently a patient here for 5 + years . If you're not on top of them they will mess up! Some of the nurses and staff run things how they want to and sometimes it ends up falling on the patient😏. So just letting people know be aware and stay on top of your info,meds and appointments if you come here . Other than that there are really only 2 counselors and nurses who care other than that the whole facility is ran unprofessionally and they do not care which I think the whole facility should being it's a place for treatmen... read more
