It is impressive to run a place so incompetently. Every time we come here there is an issue. Even with over an hour of grace time arriving close to opening of the clinic it still leads often to being late for work due waiting for extended periods to dose because of poor communication, system failures, nurses not showing, locksmiths being required, etc. Every time we come here I see more and more people fed up and giving up on treatment here. As a patient, who has received MAT in some form or another since 2007 I have always tried to be understand there has never been/will never be a perfect answer but after multiple trusted friends shared how New Season had begun changing the relationship we have always experienced with the only competition in the Swamp. And in less than one year I have been rewarded for my hard work with a more normal day to day life And it just seems to get better.
I absolutely LOVE this clinic! I have been in recovery for over 5 years now and have been to 3 different treatment centers over the years and this one by far has been my favorite! Everyone on Staff is so nice here and seem to genuinely care about their clients.
The Staff here are Absolutely Astonishing!!! They have all exceeded any expectations I've had, and they are all Genuinely Amazing people, if you need Help as I did, this is Definitely the 100% BEST CHOICE you can ever make to get your life back on track.!! Everyone here has and will go Above and Beyond to make sure you are comfortable, understood, and Fully taken Care of... Morris is my counselor and I couldn't have asked for Better Support from Him... this man deserves a pay Increase honestly, as does everyone else here... ... read more
