The nurses are what makes this place. The counselors and the directors come and go all of the time, which is very frustrating, but the nurses stay the same and I truly appreciate that because it allows a level of trust to be built that is vital in recovery and medical treatment.
Looks like all of the good will that they built up over the past 4-5 months wa for absolutely nothing because today was a kerfuffle beyond measure. First, when did they start closing at 9am on Saturday? I know that it used to be 9:30am. I've been coming here for almost 10 years and have worked with 4 or 5 different counselors over that time. The wait times have definitely been frustrating at times, but recently I've been able to get in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Even though I was knocked down a phase because of a nurse giving false information, I can honestly say this clinic has helped me tremendously in my sobriety. I want to take the time to say I really appreciate Ms.Latricia she’s the PRC here at the clinic without here and her dedication I would have been homeless without her helping me to get insurance. It’s a mess up here at the clinic we need a security or police people here overdoses in the bathrooms fighting threatening staff and us as patients please call me if I need to help.
