Edited review done on 1/7/26*...If you have seen my previous reviews, then you know that this place has a history of having super long wait times, really bad Program Directors, and a lack of corporate support. However, If I can report the bad, then I can also report the good. We got a new director and she has been phenomenal, especially when she's compared to some of the prior PDs, and I have no complaints about her. However, If I can give the bad, then I can also acknowledge the positive. We got a new director and she has been good, especially compared to some of the prior ones, and I have no complaints about her. Literally every single day I come there is no less than 30 or 40 people ahead of me and most of the time 50 or 60. I just don't understand why they are always short handed on nurses and thats the reason the wait times are sometimes 2 or 3 hours just to get dosed. People have jobs and kids and real life going on outside of this place and being stuck for hours every single day is just ridiculous.
