The reason why I'm only giving it a 3 I really would say 2 1/2 honestly is because of the wait time and how we have really no good counselors right now we can't keep nobody there we've only had one really good nurse and she's been overworked and so we haven't seen her in a while she is now on part-time... Very nice clinic come try this building they strict but still will work with u and they will insatute a nice treatment plan its no game with them though try new season u won't be disappointed
They have a habit of wearing wires in their ears 👂 so they can question you but force you to answer the questions how they wanted the questions answered or you get denied service. The nurse practitioner was asking a whole lot question. I just wished I was able to answer honestly and not forced to answer them falsely. Also just know they will call another clinic to get info when they should have had their own records.. p.s GAURD UR PRIVACY
Very rude staff, I was baited by one staff member telling a pregnant girls Infront of me not to name her kid Leo or Leonardo or transformer because I am cocky and I always have people do what I want, I didn’t react to her bait but very inappropriate behavior. Also rules don’t apply to everyone there unless they have someone in targeted in mind. (Me) then the rules all of a sudden change.
The nurses are doing a great job and it’s been the best it has ever been since I have been attending
