I had a schedule for a viewing with Karen. On the Zillow app, there was no indicator that there is no pets allowed (even in their lengthy description). She informed us to check the website to make sure we qualify, which I did, however I must’ve gotten it confused with another property since there was more than one house we were touring with this company. New Season Properties is an outstanding property management company. The company is very efficient and thorough on ensuring quality tenants are available for your property. The staff is always helpful and provides feedback on any requests in a timely manner. Annual review are conducted with detailed reports with ratings.
