Awesome mortgage broker!! They work directly with numerous wholesale lenders and were able to beat our local bank interest rate AND they DON'T charge the typical 1% origination fee that everyone else does. We saved $5,000 by going so them! Tamala is very knowledgeable and works evenings/seems which my Realtor loved. I highly recommend them!

Honest, hard working & great communication. The best service we've ever had from a mortgage company. They presented us with several quotes from wholesale lenders. We chose the one that worked best for us and we closed 3 weeks later. No mortgage. broker fees or points at all! We work crazy hours and needed our mortg. rep to be available when we were off and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend them!

As a first time home owner I had so many questions along the 3 month process and Tamela was able to answer each question with ease. Once I found a home the final loan process was intense, but Tamela was persistent and was able to complete my loan in just 2 weeks! She’s very personable and I truly felt like she dedicated herself and her time to my loan! A great broker overall! I couldn’t be happier!
