My wife and I lived in an apartment in New Scotland Gardens for the past 4 years. Darcie, the property manager, was always responsive and helpful if we ever had an issue. The maintenance and grounds keeping teams were all professional and diligent about resolving issues and keeping the property in good shape. The heat was included which was nice because it kept the utility bill down. The location was great with a number of restaurants and shops nearby as well as a good school district. Our endeavor was to live in New Scotland Gardens, but unfortunately at the time there was no available apartments. However, we opted to give Park Row a chance & by God's grace we were pleasantly surprised. We've been living here 3 years now & it's definitely because of Darcie & the maintenance crew. The added bonus is my family feels safe & the neighbors are friendly too. Praying you keep up the great work.
