I’ve tried to reach out an inquire about a specific item and it’s been hard to reach them. Finally today I was able to get someone on the phone and he was extremely rude and has a bad personality. No hello, no how may I help you , just “huh” , I went on to ask about an item and he goes no and hangs up. There are soo many other jewelers and options, this place doesn’t deserve it. Lack of common sense on how to even answer the phone and respond to an inquiry.
