I recently had my roof and complete gutter/downspout system replaced by New Roof Houston, LLC. Dean and his team did an excellent job with scheduling, coordinating and completing my project on time. The crew kept my yard very clean throughout the project and left it spotless upon completion. Dean scheduled a final walk with me, answered any questions I had, and also handled processing my Windstorm Certificate for my insurance company. Had Dean's crew come out to repair a section of roofing that I discovered was slowly leaking over time. I showed the problem area, and explained the work that I wanted performed. The following day, he brought out one of his leads to look over the damaged area and assess. He provided me with a quote a few hours later. They were on time, on budget, and very professional.
