Do not ever use this company for your property mgmt. I was overseas working I called them and emailed them for months and they never responded to me. When I got to my Property there was trash all over the yard. They kicked people out and shut power off with food still in the refrigerator all four units I had them mgmt where trashed. So don't ever use them.
