Marino and his crew were professional, responsive, with excellent communication. He kept us in the loop throughout. Marino’s care with our 100 year old fir floors ensured we can enjoy them for years to come, he also managed to restore original pine floors after removing three layers of paint and finally reviving yellowed oak to a fresh brighter finish. Marino minimized dust, protected items that needed protecting and finally was great at setting expectations for what can be achieved with floor refinishing. Highly recommend.

New Roc did an absolutely incredible job sanding and refinishing our floors. Marino was extremely knowledgeable about the process and helped us make the best decisions along the way. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and the results speak for themselves. We have already recommended New Roc to family and friends without any hesitation.
