When are you all going to fix the plumbing issues and stop sewage from entering the units? This is ridiculous that every 6 or so months tenants are having to call because of the sewage backing up into the units and flooding them. Every time y’all say it’s fixed and it won’t happen anymore it happens again and y’all swear y’all are working on it but it never gets done.
