I have loved this mall since I was a kid but I do not appreciate being profiled for playing pokemon go because the "store owners saw wirers" how can a store see into my car? I recommend you have your security people learn a little decorum when training other new people. just because I look a certain way doesn't give a right to blatantly tell you you look like a bomber or a shooter and I do not appreciate that

Great new stores in the mall. Ulta Beauty, Kirkland's and my absolute favorite Home Goods! There is always something new to find at the mall!

Over parking? Seriously. Someone couldn’t park a little farther away and walk? If they didn’t feel like walking they should’ve shopped online. I was planning to go with my children this weekend. This decision wasn’t thought through very well. I’m sure the carnival also brought more customers to the mall and shopping centers. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

The management needs to learn better business skills. Having the carnival pack up and leave early because of Belk? Especially when it was generating real business for this dead end mall?! Such a shame that Belk complained and had the carnival leave early. There isn’t much for children to do around the area. My little ones enjoyed this carnival so much and had a blast! I hope they set up again next year! I feel so bad for the all of the disappointed families that won’t be able to go now. The Spring Carnival was bringing so much positivity towards the NRV Mall from the whole community....why ruin that?! I don’t understand 😒

Thanks NRV Mall and Belk for ruining the opportunity for families to enjoy the carnival for the last few days. The owner of the carnival stated " Never been asked to leave anywhere in 25 years. I've even been to the south lawn of the White House to set up." How embarrassing! You have plenty of parking, more than you actually need. But you won't see my car parked there anytime in the future!
