I grew up with this mall and love coming here. That being said, PLEASE do something about those animal scooters. On SEVERAL trips to the mall, unsupervised children have almost hit my wife and me. They come as close as they can to us before cutting us off. If this was somewhere in the mall that was dedicated ONLY to little toy scooters, this wouldn't be a problem. There are shops near that little stand that I avoid simply because I don't want to get clipped by a child/teen. If parents aren't going to supervise their children... read more
The mall itself I love, but the new Kohl's has much to be desired! I'm NOT impressed with it at all! It's not laid out like the Roanoke store, it looks too bare and some of the isles are entirely too narrow! I'm hoping it'll get better as time goes on, and I hope it does, I love Kohl's, but after what I saw today, I'll be going to the Roanoke or Winston Salem stores to do any serious shopping!
What happened to spencers? Is it closed or just being remodeled?
