I recently had wisdom teeth removed, and Dr Ro and his assistant were great! He made sure I was comfortable and even played some music to set me at ease. He tried to continue making me comfortable for the whole procedure by checking on me and trying to crack jokes where he could cause he was having an upper arm work out on the lower left tooth. He was able to get the 3 out and even took an Xray to assure that the one that cracked all was out and nothing left behind. They were great! I would recommend him to everyone!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! I recently moved to the area and I went for my first visit as a new patient to this practice. The dental hygienist advised I needed a cleaning procedure costing over $1,000 and possibly a crown. I have gone to a dentist every 6 months for the last 30+ years and had never been told of these issues. (I later went to a practice in Radford for a second opinion and they advised this cleaning procedure was not necessary nor was a crown). On my second visit, I can say that I will choose another location if I have another dental problem. The assistant was friendly and acted with a lot of empathy. I had a problem with my dental bridge because some of the cement had fallen off, and the tooth was hurting my tongue. The dentist came, looked, ordered an x-ray, and said I had to get another dental bridge done (the estimation was more than 5K U$). I said that I couldn't pay. Dr.Wells is the best, she eased my fear of going to the dentist and was very caring and listened. The office was very clean and organized.
