Horrible inept rude people answer the phone
This place is 100% fraud! When you go for a consultation and just need to use the restroom they won't allow it without a urine sample so they can charge the insurance company. Avoid this place like the plague! They then tell you the consultation is free then bill you for it. It is a complete bait and switch!
Cancelled with NO notice. I was supposed to have a surgery today, come to find out, the scheduler for the Dr I was supposed to see is out of the office. Was told they didn't have me on the schedule, that "patient cancelled" on May 30th. I haven't spoken to ANYONE from here since MARCH. Also, "no notes" in regards to this. These people are completely incompetent, and just cost me over a thousand dollars in lost wages due to arranging my ENTIRE week around this. These people are a joke.
Matt Baker, in the Okatie office is wonderful and appears to care and show concern for his patients. I highly recommemd him. I rated this office a 3 because some of the front desk staff can be so abrupt and rude to patients as well as other providers who contact their office for information. Some people need to learn to BE KIND or follow the GOLDEN RULE!
This doctor is worried about quantity rather than quality of patient care I wouldn't recommend him one bit to anyone.. he truly doesn't care about anyone.
