Been using New River Heating and Air for years. Every one of their technicians has been super kind of helpful. At one point for a duct cleaning they were having trouble removing the outlet covers, kindly explained how it's not really all that necessary, and offered to remove that from the cost immediately. Another time, my AC went out. They came out the next day and had it fixed within an hour. I very highly recommend this place, and their maintenance plan. He did an amazing job. We had an odd problem and he was able to figure out what it was and then fix it. We do need another part but he was able to order it and give us an estimate. I trust them.
