My landlord uses them and they are terrible. I’ve had an issue with my ac not maintaining temp for a long time. When they first came out the guy said it was raining and he couldn’t check for leaks outside due to the rain. But he had to add Freon and he said they would come back when it was dry outside. So; they decided to come back in the middle of a snow storm and it was the same guy that came out. He said he had his machine on the outside unit to check for leaks while he was inside.
