New River Heating And Air Was good to work with and got the job done in a timely manner.
Always, New River Heating & Air has provided reliable, practical, and conscientious service for my older home. They show up when promised, call beforehand to confirm, and also call when they have a cancelation to check and see if you want to move your appointment up. I like that. I am always grateful for the good-natured employees - from the ones in the office (like Hannah) to the technicians (like Caleb) - their courtesy and and friendliness make for a superior experience. I'm happy to be a long-standing customer.
This crew delivered with professionalism and teamwork like none other! Including the office staff with consistent friendly service! The details were just as important to all of them! I highly recommend then!
I had a quote for a new system. Brian was very professional and open throughout the time he was there. I'm looking forward to receiving the quote.
Gavin is professional and polite. He corrected the issue and explained everything. Thank you New River Heating & Air we will use you as needed. Willard & Judy Mattox
