Super nice and very helpful in fixing problem.
Excellent customer service! NRV Heating and Air made it to my house during the winter storm when it was about impossible to get around. Got me up and running with good heat. Then late evening had some more issues and they took my call at 8 pm. A technician called and done some troubleshooting with me over the phone to get me through the night. The next day they came back to my home to make sure everything was working properly! The technician could not drive up the driveway but walked to make sure we were taken care of!
Technician came and cleaned, and checked my Mom's gas logs and her propane tank. He was very through and really great to work with. He answered all my questions and helped me to understand what was needed to get her emergency heat up and running.
Lucas Pannell was prompt and very knowledgeable and we appreciate him and NRV Heating and Air so much!
