I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a bit. I can’t complain completely but I do have a major complaint. They did a fine job installing the heat pump but I asked and wanted it moved to the end of the from where it sits now and have it out of the way. Well he said he didn’t have enough of what he needed and that was that. I even agreed to pay extra to have it done because I really wanted it just moved to be out of the way and be able to have that space. Other wise it was ok and they did install it just fine. Company installed Carrier HVAC in 2020, needed them to look at it this weekend. Was promised someone would be out today to look at it and never heard a thing back. VERY Unprofessional!!
