You people should be ashamed....treat patients poorly for almost 2 years and worsen their condition. Then kick them to the curb. No wonder you have soooo many 1 star reviews. You should lose your liscense to practice
The providers and staff are very kind and knowledgeable!! The office is clean and beautiful! I would highly recommend!!
I visited Dr. Hurd for an allergic reaction I had which I thought was going away but it was not. In one visit with Dr. Hurd, he checked it under microscope and correctly diagnosed the problem and in few days I was completely healed. He is the best Dermatologist I know and we are extremely fortunate that he is part of the Blacksburg community. I have been a patent of Dr. Hurd twenty year's now, I highly recommend.
I had a procedure done on a Friday, and an unexpected allergic reaction to the dressing on Saturday, and they don't have voicemail or an answering service or a nursing line. By the time I called on Monday, the magnitude of the reaction had gotten much worse. Nobody ever bothered to follow up to see how I was doing after that. I ended up having to go to urgent care to get a course of steroids to calm it down. I don't feel cared for. I shouldn't have needed to outsource follow up care like that.
