I had an 8:30am appt. (first appt. for the day; they open at 8:30am). Arrived at 8:20am. In the exam room on time. Drug Reps brought them breakfast. At 8:55am I can hear them talking and laughing, no update from the nurse, and not yet seen by the provider. I left and did not reschedule. I work in healthcare; a patient's time is valuable, especially when you are taking time off from work. I remade my appointment with another dermatology group.
New River Derm is the best. They really care about as a person. If you need a dermatology that's the best place to go. Very good Drs and Nurses.
Great experience! Dr. Hurd and staff made this a much more pleasant time than I expected. Highly recommended!
