I love this place. Dr Iranpour is very kind and knowledgeable. Her receptionist, Melanie, is very kind and very professional, she made me feel comfortable from the very first day I called. I got my new dentures today they fit great, I'm very happy, Thank You RICHMONDDENTAL
My daughter recently started going to this location. The Dentist is very nice and helpful. Reception is a complete joke. She sent a referral off to UC for something that Dentist couldn’t do with a completely different patient information, phone number, birthday and everything. Now she has a personal vendetta and has gone so far as to hang up the phone on me when I call. How disgusting.
Love this place they treat me like family. The head dentist does anything she can to save my teeth. She's fixed everyone that needed fixed and I have been pain free ever since. She's always been nice and sweet to me. The receptionist is a amazing girl very sweet has a welcoming vibe and I couldn't ask for better people.
I recently switched to New Richmond dental Associates because it’s extremely convenient to my place of employment and home. Although It is in an older building, I found it to be clean and neat. My hygienist does an excellent job and Dr. Iranpour addressed some specific concerns I had concerning my teeth wonderfully. Scheduling and billing is easy and efficient. If you are looking for a no-frills low pressure dental office I can recommend NRDA highly.
