I’ve been here many many times and feel very fortunate to have such a great hospital and clinic in our town.
I would not recommend. I had hemmoroid surgery there once and the nurses were unbelievably mean. Not incompetent but went out of there way to make me as uncomfortable as possible. I think someone started a rumor that the hemmoroids came from gay sex. Not so, but they let me know I wasn't welcome there. They didn't give me pain medication at night. 95 Y.O. Aunt taken to emergency from Deerfield "Assisted" living. (AL supposedly keeps records). Dr. (?) calls less than one hour later stating she is BLEEDING inside in her lower back. He is unaware that she has had several falls (most recent about a week ago). Had he been made aware of her recent history the Dr (?) would have realized he saw a bruise. Instead, Westfield wants her to stay two days for observation. "Observation" at Westfield over a weekend ! That's like the service at Deerfield over a weekend. It's laughable... read more
