I don't recommend this place for therapy. I mentioned which clinician I was requesting in all communications and then only after I filled out the loads of paperwork and put a card on file, was I told she was not accepting new clients. Then I felt forced to choose another therapist, and she was terrible. The first (and only) session she talked 95% of the time, I could barely speak. She did not ask any questions and just speculated what my issues might be and had the audacity to give me advice.
The absolute worst place ever! Therapist did not show up for virtual appointments, canceled appointments last minute. Awful horrible terrible UNPROFESSIONAL therapist should be fired!
New Reflections Counseling has been a truly grounding and supportive space. The team is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about your well-being. I’ve felt heard, respected, and empowered through every session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and compassionate place to grow and heal.
