The absolute worst place ever! Therapist did not show up for virtual appointments, canceled appointments last minute. Awful horrible terrible UNPROFESSIONAL therapist should be fired!
New Reflections Counseling has been a truly grounding and supportive space. The team is warm, professional, and genuinely cares about your well-being. I’ve felt heard, respected, and empowered through every session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and compassionate place to grow and heal.
The counselors were not helpful. Worse than that they made unauthorized charges on my credit card for missed sessions which were not missed at all. Was charged a full hour for a 10 minute session.
