If I could give them a zero, I would. They are crooks, they will steal your money. Never pay them in cash as they can’t count, pay them in money orders get receipts, and save them. They’re slumlords.
They put me in my own home and let me work to help pay it off. They helped me find government monies to pay my bills when I was having a hard time. My home has doubled in value since I bought it from NewRay.
I'm sorry to the New Ray Realty wasn't honest with us about the house we was contacted to buy. After our contract was sign, two weeks later told us we had to fix the whole side of roof and the 8x10 room had bad roof. We was buying the house as is, but they kept changing things on house problems. And after a month they voided our contract on it.
