We waited for about 20 minutes, and even though staff were available, they were talking to each other instead of assisting us or calling us over. When we finally went there, the salesgirl showed attitude while dealing with us. Their prices are much higher than the market. Overall, the experience was unpleasant due to both the service and pricing.

Aman at new rana jewellers serves best ! She always provides exceptional customer service and is incredibly patient every time she attends to me. She goes above and beyond to help, and it truly shows. We spent around 3 hours and she served whole time with her happy face. A great CSR and a wonderful representative for the shop.
