Would have liked to say my review was based on mental health service provided, but my child never even made it that far. Made an appointment and was told to I needed to submit paperwork online prior to her appointment, easy. The only problem was they sent it to the wrong email address. Once I received the paperwork, I completed it the day prior to her virtual appointment. Only go here if there is no other option or totally desperate. Very difficult to be a patient here. Between appointments always being 15-30min late for a 5min session, unanswered phone calls, constant gaps in my prescriptions, and bad bedside manner from my psychiatrist I had to find somewhere else. I have been a patient of Dr. Turner's since 10/20. I have had too many problems with her to even name. Dr. Turner, has missed appointments that were scheduled by phone, missed refilling my medications that I need to take everyday and did not listen to me as a patient. I told her I was having adverse effects from my medications and she told me, it was because I wasn't getting enough sleep, and the adverse effects that I was having could not come from the medications I was taking. I've had far too many issues with scheduling where appointments would get canceled at the very last minute, had trouble getting ahold of doctors resulting in prescriptions not getting filled in a timely manner. I no choice but to leave a find a more reliable place.
