My family has been bringing our pets to new prairie small animal clinic for close to 20 years. When we got our dog, Maya, as a puppy over 15 years ago we brought her to new prairie. I believe Dr Mack Sr. was the vet at the time. Throughout the years, we always got great care and never had an issue with making appointments, billing, payments, etc. Everyone was always polite and helpful. This place is amazing, I had another vet and the other vet kept charging me every time he had to drain my Demons ear due to hematoma, but when I brought Demon here, they put a drain tube in it, and I only had to pay once, rather than multiple times at my previous vet. They really have so much love for the furbabies that come here. I am so glad I started coming here. I would never go anywhere else. Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for the best care.
We love this vet! We moved to south bend from Laporte and decided not to change vets because we love how caring this one is!!
Dr Sara and the staff are the best! I had a very sick little girl and they got my Delilah in right away. She was so ill and we had to make the hard decision of putting her to sleep. Everyone here helped us through our loss and even gave us a sympathy card. Thank you again !
Literally can’t thank Dr. Szuba and her staff enough for what they have done for my dogs and myself. They take the best care of my dogs and treat them as if they were their own. She takes the time to go over everything with you and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns. They defiantly go above and beyond for you and your pets.
I just received a card in the mail from Purdue Vet school saying that a monetary contribution was made, by the clinic, in memory of our dog Nahala. This is the second dog that we lost and you did this both times. You guys have always taken good care of our animals and this gesture speaks volumes.
