I was there last night for dinner, excellent food an service. So glad to finally have a decent Chinese restaurant on the Westside!
Sometimes your b-day plans just don't go as planned, and in last night's case, it was the BEST thing that could've happened for my bday! I'd invited about 10 friends to meet me at Scratch Bar on La Cienega, but when I arrived, I found out that they'd changed their menu 10 days earlier, and I really didn't see much that my guests would enjoy.
