I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy on August 21. The billing office has no idea what they are doing. They made me pay 436.00 for that procedure alone. They said the colonoscopy is 200 percent covered, so I paid the. 430.00 and it cleared my bank the very Next day. On Oct 13th, I received a check for 436.00 and was slotted as overpayment. On March 10, 2021, I was scheduled for a biopsy of a tumor in the bladder. We arrived a 5:30 AM and we where greeted by a nurse that took our temperature and we medially went to admission. In matter of minutes I was in my room with my wife and the prepping started. All the medical team from the Hospital are excellent and took the time to explain what they were going to do and why.
